This site is dedicated to the memory of Michelle Sosnowski ~ loving and devoted mother, wife, dearest friend and truly one amazing lady!

Three years ago on July 5th, 2009 the world lost a very special being, Michelle, who emanated a vitality of spirit and love. Michelle died peacefully at home surrounded lovingly by her family after battling endometrial cancer for a year and a half. The challenges and hardships brought on by this illness she handled with the utmost grace and courage, two qualities that defined her life. Her passing away was our biggest heartbreak and we miss her beyond words. Michelle, my mother, was a force of nature, always full of verve and strength. She had a tremendous spunk and a sparkling sense of humor. Her hearty laugh was irresistible and her smile alone could light up a room. For a petite person she had the biggest heart with which she embraced so many! Her compassionate and caring nature was legendary as she would do everything possible to help out others. Michelle was one of those people who always put the needs of others before her own - she literally did not know how to live any other way. People were naturally drawn to her delightful personality and good will and she believed that being a good, honest person was a worthy pursuit in life. At times it was impossible to understand where she drew her tirelessness from. She was and remains our fortitude, our sun and our moon. This year, on July 21st, my mother would have been 65 years old. It still doesn’t seem real that she is no longer physically among us. It just doesn’t. The void she left in our lives when she passed away cannot ever be filled. But she is in our hearts and will remain with us forever. Remembering and celebrating her life and wonderful spirit is our solace. This memorial is dedicated to her - our amazing, beautiful and unforgettable Michelle! Please feel free to take a look in here and leave a tribute by lighting a candle, contributing a thought, a picture, a story. We’d love for folks to share their stories about Michelle! We’d love to get photos you might have of her to include in here as well. Let others know about this place. Let us all keep the memory of Michelle lovingly alive and strong. With much love and gratitude, Monika and family July 2012
